From the photogenic Waxwings to the unusual Spoonbills , I try and capture detailed or flight shots 

 

 

Waxwings 

I caught up with these two waxwings in a small Bedfordshire village in the middle of a housing estate. 

I was fortunate enough to shoot low level and against the brickwork, giving a nice orange diffused tone  to the shots.
